Class 1 Free distribution plant - Kath Van Hanegem, must be in a 102mm (4″) pot
Class 2 Free distribution plant - Pippa Penny, any size pot
BEGINNERS CLASS
Class 3 One pot, any cultivar, any size pot
NOVICE CLASS
Class 4 One pot, any cultivar, any size pot
ALL MEMBERS
Class 5 One pot Triphylla, any size pot
Class 6 One pot, single or semi-double, 127-140mm (5 to 5½”) pot
Class 7 One pot, double, any size pot
Class 8 One pot, any cultivar, max. size pot 90mm (3½ “)
Class 9 Catch-all-class, any size pot - any plant that does not readily fit in any other class
Class 10 One pot Encliandra, any size pot
Class 11 One pot Species, or Species variant, any size pot (not Encliandra)
Class 12 One pot trained as a Bonsai (a bonsai style dish must be used)
Class 13 One pot, any cultivar, Mini or Quarter Standard
Mini Standard, max. size pot 133mm (5¼ “)
Quarter Standard, any size pot
Class 14 One pot with variegated/ornamental foliage, any size pot
Flowers are not taken into consideration.
Class 15 One hanging container, max. diameter 216mm (8½ “). (Due to possible shortage of space we are restricting this class to one exhibit per member.)
- A beginner is a competitor who has not won a 1st prize at this show.
- A Novice is a competitor who has not won a 1st prize, with the possible exception of the Beginners Class at this show.
- All plants must be grown in standard Terracotta coloured pots and contained in an appropriately sized plant pot saucer, with the exception of the bonsai.
