I understand Keith Ward at Pollen Close is packing it in.

Why not invite him to give a talk on how to set up and run a small fuchsia nursey?

Agnes, you may find that you will not have the nursery you mention in your comment next season.

Isnt it sad that when an interested member of the public asks for our nearest fuchsia spewcialist we have to tell him/her that the nearest is in Lancashire. We used to have so many round and about, what has happened to them all? Has the fuchsias appeal been relegated to that of the dandelion?

Does anyone think that a fuchsia specialist could flourish and be successful in or around West Yorkshire again?

The nearest specialist fuchsia nursery is Ward Fuchsias, 5 Pollen Close, Sale, M33 3LS. Telephone 0161 282 7434.
Most nurseries and garden centre will stock some fuchsias.
